Cristal Millan is an 18 year old AC High School student. she just was named Boys and Girls Clubs Youth of the Year for the state of New Jersey. Wednesday at the Boys and Girls Club in AC, Wal-Mart presented her with a check for $20,000 for winning the state. Audio is attached for use.
