Tributes are pouring in from the interfaith dialogue community for Voorhees resident Zia Rahman, who led the successful establishment of a mosquein Voorhees and helped to build an interfaith dialogue among Muslims, Jews, and Roman Catholics. Rahman died this week after a long battle with cancer.

In this radio wrapper report, Steve Lubetkin speaks with three leaders of the interfaith dialogue group about Rahman’s legacy for relations among the three Abrahamic faiths.

Included in the report is an excerpt from a 2008 interview with Rahman after the signing of a historic agreement of understanding between the South Jersey Muslim community and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden.
